Symbolism of color is necessary to consider as seriuos as its design and shape. The least we can do is respect the timeless association of colors – for example, red is the color of fire and blood, joy, passion and energy, so it is almost impossible that it could become a color of calmness and confidence. A commitment to any color is related to the culture we belong to, and also to the period in which we live. The most important symbolism of cultural and artistic expressions of medieval Bosnia is recognized in the tombsones- named stećci, this tombstones are still alive, interesthing and intriguing expression in the life of art and culture of Bosnia and Herzegovina. After all ints features, the tombstones do not belong to the European Renaissance art, as both stylistically and conceptually they are alien to the spirit of the Renaissance – and are fully Bosnian mediavel monuments...
